Tips and tricks to set up the perfect buffet
1. Space
Make sure that you don't "squeeze" the plates one next to the other. Leave some free space for the guest to leave his plate as he serves himself.
2. Position
Place your buffet outside the central party area, you do not want the crowd to be an ostacle in front of the table.
Have an entrance and an exit of the buffet. Arrange first the food plates, then the napkins and finally the cultery.
3. Food and Drinks

Keep those in an obvious position. Same for sauces or dressings.

Make your guests feel at home and encourage them to try your delicasies.
